Things required for Windows azure development
- 1) Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
- 2) Windows azure sdk
- 3) Windows azure tools for Visual studio 2010
One can use the web platform installer to install the same. But while installing the windows azure sdk, one might get the error indicating that the IIS services 7.0 should be enabled with asp.net support. The exact error message is "To use this software, you must enable Internet Information Services 7.0 with ASP.NET support and the IIS Management Console. See the product release notes for details."
